budget it together
invite your team. assign art department to sections g and h, camera to i, and they edit only those, live, while the producer watches the topsheet move. comment on any cell. print the original budget as a pdf and send it out.
actualize from the logs
open the running budget when things change. post pos, import payroll timecards, track petty cash by envelope. actual is never typed. it rolls up from the logs by line number, and reconciliation shows exactly what does not add up.
