Effective September 4, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Osmo Budget, a production budgeting service operated by Osmo (osmo.inc), during its pilot program. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The pilot

Osmo Budget is pre-release software provided to invited production companies for evaluation. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will give reasonable notice before any change that affects access to your data.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Company owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and what roles they grant.

Your data

You own the budgets and other content you enter. You grant Osmo the rights needed to store, display, and process that content in order to provide the service to you and your team. You can export your data at any time from within the product, and you can ask us to delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store content you do not have the right to store, to attempt to access other companies' data, to probe or overload the service, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

The pilot is provided free of charge. Any paid plans will be announced separately with their own terms before they take effect.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Budget calculations are provided to help you work; you remain responsible for reviewing any bid, estimate, or actual before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osmo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the pilot is zero.

Ending the pilot

Either side can end participation at any time. If we end the pilot we will give you at least 30 days to export your data.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: will@osmo.inc.
